Role Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Outfitter Lodge Attendants to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enriching stay. The ideal candidate will have a deep respect for nature, a keen interest in sharing Indigenous culture, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth and provide an overview of the lodge facilities, services, and cultural significance of the area.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest accommodations and common areas.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of outdoor activities, such as guided cultural tours, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for guests.
  • Manage inventory and upkeep of lodge equipment and supplies.


  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Genuine interest in and respect for Dene Tha’ culture, traditions, and the environment.
  • Physical fitness and ability to participate in outdoor activities in various weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • First Aid, Class 5, mechanically inclined to fix small engines, light carpentry skills.
  • Grade 10 or equivalent.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office suite for emails.
