We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Property Manager.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee and manage our portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
– Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
– Conduct tenant screening, onboarding, and lease agreements.
Property Maintenance:
– Oversee property repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
– Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
– Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Financial Management:
– Prepare and manage property budgets.
– Oversee rent collection and ensure prompt payment.
– Manage expenses and provide regular financial reports to property owners.
Compliance and Administration:
– Ensure properties comply with local laws, regulations, and building codes.
– Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
– Address any legal matters related to tenancy and property management.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in residential property management or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations in Alberta.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in property management software and tools is an asset.
– Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
