Hospitality & Tourism Manager

N’deh Limited Partnership is seeking an experienced Hospitality & Tourism Manager to lead and grow our hospitality portfolio — including our hotel, restaurant, café, and lodge. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee multi-unit operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive strategic expansion to maximize profitability and diversify offerings.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all hospitality units.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives to expand services, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Work closely with marketing to promote our hospitality and tourism offerings.
• Build relationships with tourism partners, agencies, and the community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality/tourism (multi-unit preferred).
• Proven success in growing operations and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to cultural awareness and community values.
